Using Kumamoto’s clear groundwater, with its low levels of impurities, as a resource, we are engaged in the manufacture of industrial materials, with a particular focus on the field of semiconductors, which requires advanced technology. Through consistent, high-precision filtration technology, we produce materials that can meet the needs of the world’s most advanced manufacturing facilities. As such, the technical capabilities that we have developed are of a global standard. Fields of Business
Semiconductor Manufacturing
We use agitation, mixing, and microfiltration technologies to produce high-purity aqueous and solvent-based chemical solutions used in semiconductor manufacturing processes. As semiconductors continue to shrink in size, we are working to meet the needs for more advanced impurity removal at the ppb/ppt level with the advanced technology we have developed over the years and the extensive range of equipment we have at our disposal. As well as faithfully reproducing clients’ high-level product recipes, we work collaboratively to create more advanced and optimized products.
Life Sciences
Taking the core technologies cultivated in the manufacture of semiconductor materials, we are also directing our efforts to the fields of medicine and the life sciences. At plants specializing in the manufacture of materials used for diagnostic agents and other products, we conduct strict management of manufacturing systems and processes to ensure that our production meets the highest global standards.

Manufacturing
We provide custom-made manufacturing services, including manufacturing processes and equipment, tailored to the specifications of our customers’ products.
To prevent contamination, each single product manufactured has its own dedicated tanks and ancillary equipment. By dividing the facility into separate rooms for aqueous products, organic solvent-based products, and hazardous and toxic products, we are able to accommodate a wide variety of manufacturing needs. Our engineers will continue providing the flexibility to respond to increasingly advanced and wide-ranging requests.
- Manufacturing system at our three plants
- With three plants dedicated to particular product characteristics, such as aqueous, solvent-based, and special manufacturing, our manufacturing system is capable of meeting a wide range of needs. To ensure that products are manufactured in accordance with specifications, the manufacturing process, control methods, and equipment details are defined in detail for each product.
- Clean rooms
- Manufacturing operations are conducted in clean rooms with controlled indoor cleanliness standards to ensure stable quality. Cleanliness levels are managed quantitatively for each process, with particularly high standards for filling areas.
Quality Control
We employ a large number of inspectors qualified in quality control certification, have established even stricter internal standards within the regular standards, and conduct inspections under statistical process control (SPC). We have a wide variety of inspection equipment to accommodate all types of inspections.
This includes a high-performance ICP-MS machine for metal ion analysis. It is capable of measuring with detection thresholds at the 1 ppt level.
- Lot-specific quality control
- Products are inspected per lot, with result sheets kept on file. After shipment, products are retained in storage for a period longer than the warranty period, allowing us to respond to inquiries.
Quality Assurance
This department guarantees the quality of the products the company manufactures. It serves as a point of contact for OEM production inquiries and customer audits.
It prepares specifications and documentation for every stage from prototyping to mass production systems. By acquiring and maintaining certification under international quality standards (ISO 9001) and environmental standards (ISO 14001), we are fulfilling our responsibilities as a company and working to improve customer satisfaction.

- ISO 9001 is an international standard for continuously improving the quality of products offered to customers. It defines procedures and standards established to provide products with stable quality, with the objective of providing consistent products to customers. ISO 14001 is an international standard that aims to reduce the environmental impact of manufacturing processes. We are stepping up our efforts to make environmentally conscious manufacturing an integral part of our responsibilities as a company. We undergo periodic audits and strive to maintain the international certifications we have acquired.
Logistics Storage
Raw materials required for product manufacturing and manufactured products are stored in warehouses that meet defined storage temperature standards. Thermometers are checked manually on a regular basis, and data on warehouse temperatures is collected 24 hours a day. Packaging and storage methods are strictly controlled based on specifications and manuals for each product.

- As a manufacturing company, our role is to ensure that products made under our rigorous manufacturing system are reliably delivered to our customers. Manufactured products are managed in warehouses that meet standards for maintaining quality. The temperature in the warehouses is maintained at a constant level, and temperature data is collected 24 hours a day.
